Your vehicle must be serviced by a Helix service participating workshop and must be serviced at the scheduled service intervals to maintain your rewards cover.
When you report to us of a mechanical breakdown you will pay R2500 for stripping, diagnosising and accessing the causes of the problem. Your rewards cover does not cover vehicles that are rebuilt or modified from the manufacturers warranty also vehicles that have been abused or over reved.
We reserve the right to refuse to repair any vehicle should there be any disputes, disagreements or misunderstanding. We do not cover consequential loss or damages. All vehicles left on these premises are at the owners risk.
All vehicles left on our premises after completion after 14 days will incure storage costs of R100 per day or will be taken to a storage facility. Including vehicles left after being notified to collect should there be any disputes provided the stripping costs are paid in full.
We reserve the right to undertake certain repairs should any work be beyond our means where you may take your vehicle to one of your repair agents workshops.
